Microsoft are currently experiencing an issue affecting all Miscrosoft customers in the EU. All our EU based users may be affected.

From Microsoft:
After analyzing diagnostic data we determined that excessive internal service-to-service calls resulted in authentication failures, causing email delays and failures. We’re throttling these calls to mitigate the issue and provide relief.

We are notiticing that emails are now being sent and received, however there seems to be some delay in the process. We will continue to monitor until full service is restored.
